Apple has announced details of the Snow Leopard Up-To-Date program. Anyone buying a Mac between June 8th and December 29th (that doesn’t come equipped with Snow Leopard) can purchase the update for $9.95.
This will help eliminate the skewing of sales patterns that occurs when an upgrade to OS X is announced. First, the upgrade cost is only $29 and the Up-To-Date program further reduces concern of having to pay again for the latest software technology.
