Some linking issues?

Just letting y’all know that when navigating within the forum, the “forums” button on the TMO banner leads to http://beta.macoberver.com/tmo/forums, which then leads to a 403 Forbidden error page. Not a really big deal, but a bit annoying, since I had formed a habit of using that button to get back to the main forum index.

Edit: Actually, all of the buttons in the banner lead to a 403 error page.
