iTunes 9 “Look”

The new iTunes 9 look is called “marble”, apparently. I think it looks OK (looks more like the 10.4 menubar than anything, IMO), though I don’t understand why Apple always has to change the iTunes skin in such a way that it doesn’t match the rest of the OS.

What do you think of it?

Funny, I thought the iTunes 8 interface (scroll bars, other widgets, etc.) were a hint at how Snow Leopard would look, but that wasn’t true at all. When iTunes 9 first came out I really didn’t like the changes they made to its theme, but I’m getting used to it and don’t really notice anymore.
