Blackboard Issues with Snow

I noticed a major issue with Snow and using “Blackboard.” In Blackboard, the mail account is not readable. Any suggestions?

Blackboard as in http://www.blackboard.com?

Have you tried a different browser? Also, you might have to re-install Adobe Flash or MS Silverlight, depending on how that site is set up.
