Note to traders based in Europe and elsewhere:

Europe has changed from daylight savings time to solar (standard) time this weekend. The US has not yet changed. The US will revert to solar time on Sunday, November 1st, therefore the US stock market will open one hour sooner than what you may be used to. Plan accordingly.

Help me out with this Alex:

With this change, will European traders be MORE grumpy?

Will this cause volatility to increase?

I am STILL an APPLE-LOONIAN, but I stopped taking the Kool aid intravenously on June 9th and went cold turkey on July 15th

You can call me GRANDPA!

No. It means they will wake up still dreaming of Apple products and are much more apt to buy the stock.  wink

By the way, since European time zones are several hours ahead of the US there’s more than enough time for a good breakfast, a big cup of coffee (or tea) and an optimistic view of the market.  smile
