Mac mini (the PPC ones) and Skype

Hello, I’d like tu use my Mac mini G4 PPC OSX Tiger 10.4 along Skype in order to be able to attend audio conferences on the Web. So, I wanted to buy the right accessories for this purpose. As an example I think I could buy either the “Logitech USB Headset H330” or the “Sound Card Terratec Aureon Dual USB” to which I could connect a standard headset (and use it even with my daughter’s old PC).
Can you give me some advice? In addition: how am I supposed to set the OS X Tiger firewall in order to use it with Skype? Best Regards
