Has anyone used this scenario? And, if so, are you using BusyCal or BusySync?

I am mainly looking at doing it this way as to be able to sync the Calendar on the Droid with iCal on my MBP.

Or is there another way to do it. I have not got the Motorola Droid, yet, but will by the end of next month.

Your input would be appreciated.

I have an HTC Eris, not the Droid, but I actually have been syncing with Google Calendar for several years, and it’s been working perfectly with the Eris. While I use Spanning Sync rather than BusySync (and I endorse it most highly), I understand that BusySync or BusyCal will work just as well.

For what it’s worth, the Spanning Sync guys are extremely responsive if you ever have a syncing issue. I had one once, over two years ago. Spanning Sync also syncs Address Book with gmail contacts, for what that’s worth.

Thanks doogaid, I will check this out.  I like the idea of also syncing the Address Book.  I guess I was thinking of the calendar only.

Check out Missing Sync for Android. Brian Hall and his crew at mark/space have been at this since the early Palms and the Newton. They have saved my sanity dozens of times over the years.
