Safari 5

Press release .... download not available yet AFAIK
-
The coolest thing yet. SEARCH is actually on the WEB NAVIGATION BAR, just type in any part of the site, or information, and it finds the URL and loads it. REALLY REALLY SLICK!

Downloading Safari as we speak under software update…
-
Waiting for the Macintouch reports to roll in.

Safari 5.0 is great. The speed bump is noticeable. First thing I did was replace Google with Bing as my default search engine. Eric Schmidt is radioactive.
-
The Reader component is fantastic ... it does 2 important things which I think are under the radar:
- no ads are displayed
- multi-page articles are combined into a single scrollable layoutGreat for the consumer ... bad for Google and web publishers ... I am not shedding any tears.

Safari 5 has made it so that Mac Pro will neither go to sleep or shut down.

Black Swan Counter: 9 (Banks need money, Jobs needs a break, Geithner has no plan, Cuomo’s grandstanding, .Gov needs a hobby, GS works for money, flash crash, is that bubbling crude?).
For those who look, a flash allows one to see farther.

I thought the work ethic was so ingrained that nobody ever slept.

WHAT DOST THOU MEAN?
I mean that my Mac Pro will not shut off. Instead it restarts. When told to sleep, it wakes on its own after one second of sleep.
Thanks Safari 5; you’re my hero.

I never sleep but my Mac petitioned for some downtime every day.

That is what you get for trying to run the OLDEST Mac out there….
... time to buy, an iPhone, and iPad, AND a new 27” iMac.

And why do I need to upgrade to a slower mac with less capability?
Instead of buying a new Apple product, I thought I’d purchase a new RedMax reciprocator for underwater trimming. Then I thought I’d also buy a new Stihl backpack blower.

Then I thought I?d also buy a new Stihl backpack blower.
That blower may not serve you well cleaning up the bottom of that pond. But I’d like to see the demo.

You misunderstood. The blower is how he gets to the bottom to do the trimming!

Now that looks like a waste of time. Water is to shallow anyway, buy a trackhoe and really get something done. With that back of yours you don’t need a blower anyway. I thought all you Yankee rich boys paid people to do their menial work.
BTW, yes you do need a new Macpro mister skye 29.
Tan, you know what I mean don’t you?Signature

Must be an operation developed by BP.
