“Winter in Whistler” is the homemade DVD being shown. Yet, does anyone remember that Whistler was the codename for Windows XP?

Whistler Mountain is a mountain in Washington State, the XP codename Whistler is taken from this mountain. The codename for the next version of Windows, Longhorn, is taken from the tavern at the bottom of Whistler mountain.

The movie is obviously named after the mountain range that is displayed in the “Winter in Whistler” photo. wink I have been told that this is referring to the Whistler ski resort in British Columbia, Canada. However, it is too close of a coincidence to not pass up. smile
