When Algos Attack (Their Creators):  Ouch, KCG.

I’m back on target with the same plan! The soothing sounds of confidence.

If the reputation risk goes nowhere, then Knight should continue to capture more and more retail volume as retail rolls out of fixed and seeks dividend income as a long-term trend.

Black Swan Counter: 9 (Banks need money, Jobs needs a break, Geithner has no plan, Cuomo’s grandstanding, .Gov needs a hobby, GS works for money, flash crash, is that bubbling crude?).

For those who look, a flash allows one to see farther.

I’m going to sell at $4 and something, unless I see $5 in the offing.  So this must be what gambling feels like….

20% of KCG’s outstanding shares have turned in the PM. Is that for real?

For real. The float is 87.71M shares.

Sold for $3.48.  I can buy a new pair of shoes with that.

Buy more. There is a lot of money to be made coming out of this.

I haven’t had time to dig through 10Qs but according to Yahoo, KCG still has $23.94 in cash per common share.

    $7.5B
    -5.02B debt-
    -470M operating loss.

    2.01B cash
/ 87.71M common shares in the float.

Well, that was a disaster. I dumped everything at a loss.

Least I can mark it all against earnings.

For whatever reason I had the wrong fundamental data that I had based all of my trading decisions on and as soon as I recognized my error (which a fellow family member pointed out), I cut bait and ran.

Been pressure washing a deck to avoid trading angry last couple of hours.

Ironically, every one of my trades routed through Knight.

And I still want a new tractor.

KCG at 2.40. Is anyone thinking of playing it if it falls under $2?

I may have found my LQMT.

Let’s see what happens with KCG tomorrow.  Maybe I’ll try for a pair of shoes like Mercel.  But since I’m not Mercel, more like 5 pairs if I can get a similar gain.  LOL

EDIT:  SOMEONE CALL A MOD!  My intraday post just got moved to…

Oh.  Heheheh.  I see.  Sorry, never mind!
