I am out of LULU & RVBD… still in DECK & NKE.
I think LULU still rolls up in the next 2-3 weeks.. and I will get back in on a pullback.
I had too much crap on the table at once and took some companies off. I was getting ahead of myself with my new technical analysis toys..
QCO is now trading above your 56.88 threshold…. Sooo glad I got in when I did…. so far

I just bought 10 minutes ago.. I like it to CLOSE above that threshold.. but my new indicator ‘toys’ tell me that we are good to go.
An hourly close below 55.98 makes me hit the sell button. and that’s the closing hourly price.. not intra.
I think we are good to go.. what did you buy?
I have to wait until the close to start dancing all around though… even though i’m feeling about ‘half-coked-up’ right now..
(*- I get crazy sometimes riding the Choo-Choo’s.. and I know that’s not good.. but its one of the finest joys..)
on another note.. I dumped LULU this morning. I needed to round up some cash.. I will get back in on a pull back though.
Qcom though is right n’ tight buddy.. on many different levels this lines up nice.
Full Disclosure (sometimes I like to pretend i’m on Fast Money) I own the Feb 55’s.. I know i’m an in the money homo most of the time.. but it’s all good.
If it was closing on a high.. I would probably throw out at the money. no out the moneys for me.. USUALLY

I bought Jan 12 55’s for $5.80 the first of this week…. 14% gain so far but its awfully early for me to start announcing gains

all the technicals look good but I have to wait until I see the open and the close tomorrow before I order up a fleet of escorts and some fresh juice (i dont’ drink alcohol anymore)..
but I think we’re going to be ok..

Tremendous option activity today in FAST..
that stock is now officially on my radar. I can’t buy anything though because I’m transferring my account to another brokerage and I forced myself to take a break by doing this. I need to read more on this technical crap and research and
if I had buying power I would be looking VERY strong at FAST.. when they trend.. the trend fat.. when they get overbought.. they stay overbought for a while.
and all that massive call activity today too. I think it was all front month as well.. which means the party is projected to occur right now..
I’m going to miss this Choo-Choo… I’ll be the little white boy at the train station with the acoustic guitar and the slide on my finger riffling out some old Robert Johnson or Howling Wolf or something.. whoever has a song about a missed train..
In case any of you want to say hi.. that will be me.. straw hat and piece of hay in my mouth (i quit cigarettes and chew too)
the volume on FAST was 5550% more than average volume today..

DECK is a VERY strong candidate for a breakout..
that will be a hell of a train to ride when it leaves the station..

BAD NEWS: I sold all my LULU, JNPR, RVBD, DECK, DD calls that I had last week before they took off (except for LULU.. i made money on that).. I dumped the RVBD after the cisco fiasco.. not thinking about the fact that money would probably go INTO them due to that. dumb dumb da-dumb! although I did wait about an hour into the trading day so that I didn’t dump at the open
GOOD NEWS: All of those trades were based 100% on my new system I am checking. I exited those trades because I felt I jumped the gun and put too many on without checking the system enough.
because I did that.. I closed my whole account out and switched brokerages to a) get the hell out of $10 trades at TD.. and b) get 100 free trades in 60 days at OptionsHouse.. and probably most importantly.. c) force myself to take a break and study more without getting jumpy and trying to test the system too soon.
but how depressing.. to watch these things move..
I still got my QCOM, F and AAPL spreads.. but still..
If DECK breaks an all time high like I said they might.. then I’m going to kick myself in the face if thats possible

well .. I would say this is sort of like a old steam engine that doesn’t move too fast.. but still trucks on nice..
I like the Amtraks though.. like AAPL,DECK, FFIV, CRM, LULU, etc..
it’s all good though. I’m just looking for a double and dump right quick. I have no idea if I will get that.. not as fast as I’d like that is..

Haha, I am quite pleased with the moves so far considering there has been no real news to move the stock other than qcom’s chip appearing int the veriphone….

yep.. I honestly didn’t even know for sure what the EXACT news was.. I know it has something to do with the whole smartphone market of course..
I traded this off the techincals.. bouncing out of the accereration bands.. its registering overbought on the %R.. and it just busted an a multi-year high..
that’s enough for me to jump on..
They could be selling pretzels with doodie smeared on them in Central Park for all I care.. lol.
They do move slow.. but I suspect the pace will pick up in the next few weeks. I will have to roll these to capture the real meat. I’m cool with that…
I honestly need to read their annual report and study them, I have been meaning to but I just haven’t yet. I know they supply apple with chips, and that in itself is almost enough to buy them.. so.. I guess I’m not doing this that blind, although this was mostly a technical move.
I"m still trying to kick myself in the face over the other crap I sold pre-mature.. I got a problem doing that sometimes.. all though I had a good reason this time.. but in hindsight.. I should of left 1/2 on the table to keep working. oh well.
