iPad Pocket Money not Posting repeating transactions

Hi,
My repeating transactions are not being automatically posted into the relevant accounts
For example I have a repeating transaction which is dated today and it doesnt appear in the bank account that it should.
In settings I have
Post Scheduled Transactions - On
Post 0 days in advance
Surely I dont need to run “Process to Date” - surely that defeats the object
