iPhone 4 showing incorrect data usage

My wife and I both have an iPhone 4 through Verizon. Both phones are backed up to the same computer. Her iPhone is showing that she has 10.4GB of audio, while mine has the correct amount of 8.1GB. The file types are the same on both devices. Both devices are jailbroken using the same GreenPois0n software, and running nearly identical jailbreak apps. I have Engraved Wood and the apps required for it to run properly, she just has the normal apple theme. That’s the only significant difference between the two. Does anyone have any ideas about what is causing this or how to fix it?

I’ve generally regarded the values shown in iTunes as fictional. While I’m syncing, it can vary wildly. I only pay attention to it when it says my iPhone is full and do I want to disable podcasts? (my response is typically “NOOOO!!!!” followed about some mumblings regarding Mac Geek Gab and cold dead hands)

While I’d tend to agree that they’re probably loosely close to actual numbers, I don’t understand how there can be a 2.3GB discrepancy between two identical iPhones. According to finder my entire iTunes Music folder is 9.65GB. iTunes lists it as 8.87GB, which would more closely match my iPhone’s readout and not my wife’s. Not sure what to do other than reset it and start from scratch…which I’m trying to avoid because I’m not sure I want to get the new OS and have to jailbreak it without green poison.
