Who’s Bosco?
“Bosco (Brad Hutchings)”
Hey, it’s his chosen handle, not mine.

The Summer of AAPL is here. Enjoy it (responsibly) while it lasts.

BTW, I wonder how many Android activations are reactivations.
Android users experiencing lock-ups are having to entirely wipe their phones, factory reset and reactivate.
40M results for Google search “Android reset”
Typical example:Installed an application called iguard. It locked up my screen. It asked me to input my phone number to receive a password, which it did not give me. Then the app screen would not disappear. I could not uninstall the progrm because I could not get to my normal screens. I restarted the phone and I even removed the battery. It didn?t work. I did a hard reset of my Droid X and had to reactivate it and start from scratch. I think this is a bogus program.

The study of money, above all other fields in economics, is one in which complexity is used to disguise truth or to evade truth, not to reveal it. The process by which banks create money is so simple the mind is repelled.

I can account for at least two of those. Wanted to run over my first Android phone (Captivate) with a steamroller. Now have an Atrix. Out looking for my steamroller again.Coworker has the same issues.
I just don’t like Android. I’ve tried to. I really have. Interface hangs randomly. Loses email connection randomly, requiring a reboot. Interfaces not consistent between the Captivate and the Atrix. Neither will upgrade past 2.2 (I think it is). Why can’t I get 2.3? Or 3.0?
Unfortunately, it is a work phone, so I have little choice in the matter.

Fal, did you really answer that? We have to get you not look at things so serious.
I am still waiting for the check for dinner off of all his GOOG earnings.
I was told he went off on me a while back, it is a shame I did not get to read it. I heard it was quite special.

Well, my first response was: “Some clown”, but then I thought he was serious.
My mistake. I’ll never take anything you Bozos (and Boscos) say seriously ever again!

Hey Falkirk! I may still be crazy, but I WAS right.
Just sayin’!
(And no offense taken.)
Cheers,
Craig -
Congratulations Craig! And I meant that sincerely.
I went back and read the offending post. I’m a little surprised I wrote what I did because I was actually glad that Apple brought back the old program. I thought the way they handled it was a mistake.
Perhaps I thought that although they SHOULD bring back the program that they never would. In any case, I’m glad they did, I’m glad I was wrong and I’m glad that you were right!
Please send the crow marked “Special Delivery for FalKirk”. Yum!
