Charles Wolf at Needham as reported by Eric Savitz.

Good points: Charles raises Q3 Mac estimates to 4.25 million and Q3 iPad shipments from 7.5 to 9 million.

    Weird:  His FY 2011 EPS total is $ 25.  I have $ 27 (rounded).

Bonus:  “The only risk in our forecast is on the supply, not the demand side”.  He was talking about iPad sales—- you see the irony.

Thanks for the birthday wishes all. Had a great time last night. Not sure when SusieQ’s bought it, probably Q4 is my guess. No idea… And yes, the cake had an A5 chip in it, got eaten very quickly! I’ll take you on from any tees right now MB, game coming along nicely youngster grin

I have not played since Vegas, but rest assured, the next time we play the wind will not be blowing a hundred miles an hour and your goose is cooked. Now that I know how you play I might actually have to practice my short game. :-D Lets play from the back tees also. :-D

Not to spoil the birthday festivities (whaddaya know, it really does seem like I’m on the “winning” side of that argument - obscure reference to post from some months ago), but let’s get back to the topic of Q3 earnings.

How ‘bout I start with a challenge:  AT!  It’s no fun when I win by default!  I got my earnings estimates out early…where are yours?

Last quarter, I was more optimistic than most.  This quarter, I’m one of the most pessimistic, mainly due to the 200,000,000 iOS devices sold announcement.  Then there’s the Nokia settlement.  We will see.
