Netflix Price Changes
-
A few cents increase could have been tolerable for a while, but their price hike this time is a little too much for entertainment. I decided it’s better to go for streaming alone, it works for me good enough at 7.99. Better if they improve their streaming library, but I won’t put my hopes too high. I can’t deny that they still have some value compared to other brands offering similar services but meh, I have a lot other options if I want some fun.
I came across some article discussing the best choice among the plans offered by Netflix by details, so for those who wants to earn good value with their services it’s a pretty good read: Surviving the Netflix price increase.

I’m very amused that investors think a rate hike of that magnitude is automatically a good thing.
If I had some extra spare change, I would look into buying puts on NFLX…someday.
Just did, NOW.]

Tan, you should be smiling from ear to ear today.

In and OUT, nice 30% pop two days.
Makes me envious of the day trader. Or, maybe this was like Vegas, the WORST thing that could happen to one, is to win BIG the first trip to a casino. The house ALWAYS wins in the end, right?

Tan, take a bow! Hehehe. You’re going to love our skype group! You timed it perfectly. In and out. The technicals would have confirmed you had the wind at your back, and that’s the trader’s tool bag. IMHO, you were brilliant to go out a few months for some wiggle room. A round of applause, well-earned and well-deserved!

Don’t swell my head, I make the random good pick, like this, with MORE than enough whopper flops.
AS they say, even a blind pig finds the occasional acorn.
My talent is more in the broader trends, the multi-year turnarounds, than in the slam bag, day trade.
