  That 2.3 MM number for Galaxy tabs is highly suspect (as in totally unbelievable). Court documents in Apple vs Samsung show that Samsung only sold 37,000 Galaxy in the US during the December quarter. There is no way Samsung sold 2.263 MM units in the rest of the world. That ratio is so upside down as to be unbelievable. Amazon is another that doesn’t report SALES numbers. I suspect they don’t for the same reason Samsung doesn’t: reporting shipments (channel fill) is much more impressive than sales throughput.
