  We have been discussing the patent wars in a number of threads so you might want to look back through some of the discussion.  I like to follow Florian Mueller’s site as he has detailed and mostly balanced coverage of the issues.  As far as the overall endgame, I think we are still a couple years from any settlement so while the ruling is important, for the future, it won’t affect the stock or the companies involved near-term.
