Does anyone know the technical and/or financial aspects or limitations of coming up with a larger Retina display, say about 22” ?? How about 42”  ?? The thought of a revolutionary number of pixels - if I have this right about 3 or 4 times more pixels per inch (p.p.i.) than standard 72 d.p.i. monitors would be stunning for graphics and movie editing or watching. What is the real world limitation on such a monitor being developed? Doesn’t LG make the retina display panels and could they under license make a big-ass one?

Hey CudaBoy, I was just enjoying our debate in the “http://www.macobserver.com/tmo/article/apples_ipad_competitors_should_just_give_up/” back in March.  Where have you been?  Did you notice the most recent article regarding your infamous Kindle Fire?  http://www.macobserver.com/tmo/article/ipad_owns_91_of_tablet_web_traffic_nook_passes_kindle_fire/

Boy, you sure were off base there…
