I’m going with 14M at the moment.  Subject to change based on initial sales figures, if any.

Being conservative here, 13M seems right.

    The answer is:

As many of the new devices Apple can make plus iPad 2 sales.

    Supply constrained?  Naturally.

Sure, US shipping delay for new orders is 2-3 weeks…...

I was thinking 12-15 million. 6 million iPad 2 and a minimum of 6million new iPads. I think the real question is how quickly Apple can ramp up the builds on the new iPad.  The previous quarter had them probably building 150-200K per day.  If they can get the build up to 150K per day, then the number will probably be closer to the 15 million. If the build is still lower at less than 100K per day, it will probably be closer to the 12 million

Anecdotally, I had a coworker that got a new iPad 2 weeks ago and didn’t even know that there was a new iPad coming soon so they were probably still selling a decent number of the iPad 2 model. The iPad 2 sounds it is also selling well with shipment times of 1-3 days

I’m thinking Apple will sell 14m with gen 3 iPad constraint being the limiting factor.  Next quarter see a nice tick up in iPad sales.
