  Do you want to provide evidence of Koh’s “obvious” pro-Samsung bias and support your innuendo of its ethnic-based motivation? Or are you just interested in demonstrating YOUR biases?

  I’ve been following the case, and bias against Apple is not an unreasonable assertion at all. It hadn’t occurred to me that it might be anything ethnic; I had assumed a misunderstanding of the issues combined with an unwillingness to attempt to learn.

  You want evidence of bias though? Try the appeals court ruling overturning her Combined with a few of her comments that seem to indicate she is at least somewhat skeptical of the appeals court decision…

  Anyway, things are accelerating and I don’t think it will be much longer before we have a new ruling…
