How to make Macbook screen go black when I want to…
-
Help! I know this sounds like an odd question but is there a way to make it so I can work on my Macbook Pro with the screen being blacked out? I’m writing a first draft of a novel and need to be able to write it on my laptop WITHOUT being able to see what I’m typing. Also, would need to know how to make it so I can be able to see the screen again once I’ve blacked it out (of course).

Could simply dropping the brightness down to nothing solve this for you?

As it turns out, my friend just now suggested to me to change my font color to white. I KNOW: SO obvious, right? I feel stupid for not figuring that out on my own.
But dimming the screen could work too.
Thanks for your time!!
