Wohoo! New ATH achieved since the crash of April!
I’ll continue squirreling away money into AAPL on each paycheck, now mainly looking at April ‘13.
Holding on some Jan ‘13 650/700s 675/700s.
Breaking even by January ‘13 or April ‘13 on my 2012 losses would be phenomenal :D

JohnGScaling out of a short term position at ATH is never the wrong thing to do, especially when one is 85% invested. I may replace it if we see a downdraft.
I’m trying to avoid holding any calls with less than 3 months to expiration. I already posted a 50% gain on these. That doesn’t mean I won’t buy them back for a swing trade, but it’s ok if I don’t.

)Maybe a bit soon to say parabolic, personally, no alliteration pun intended. Let’s just wait and see where we go from here. Volume is actually not bad as AAPL moves past the ATH (div-adjusted, we’re very close to 650). That volume is highest at the beginning of the day - what’s new, so no issues there.
I’m being cautious because I have a bad habit of buying market tops, though my Apr 13 BCS isn’t going anywhere.

JohnGAs a 650 holder, here’s my take:
600s and 650s are different. I’m still holding my 650s but would likely sell some 600s, too, if I had any, because they’re higher delta, lower gamma, than the 650s which still have room to blow up a lot. But it’s risky with only 2 months to expiration.
