Good freakin’ god, it just keeps on coming: this afternoon the ITC ruled against Motorola’s request for an import ban on iPhone & iPad, finding that they did not infringe 3 of 4 patents Googorola was claiming are infringed. (The 4th claim is being re-reviewed after the initial ruling against Moto.)

Still Monday’s trade activity will be most interesting to watch. If AAPL just follows the historic trend, Intraday Low will be $663.66, and Intraday High will be $679.24. That’s 2.12% over Monday August 20 results.
Uhhh, add $10 to both ends. Sure wish that news came out at 3:30 PM EST today.

Monday morning trading desks:
90 % of traders arrive an hour earlier than usual. Most of the Android traders go hide for a while. The pro-Apple traders are decked out nicely. The Android traders have donut crumbs.
Opening bell: 9:30 a.m. Eastern time. Now everybody has donut crumbs.

Smart. I didn’t have time to digest the news before AH closed on me, having just unplugged myself from work. I’ll just buy some Jan 2014s. This should kickstart more buying.
