So?

iTunes is currently blasting out Medea’s Dance of Vengence by Samuel Barber.

I’m listening to sreamed radio lately. Either WolfFM, or Kefka Floyd’s stream. I also dropped iTunes for streaming audio and got a very simple CLI client that uses less than 10% CPU resources. (mpg123, available through Fink)

I’m back on my streams now that I have broadband again. I commonly listen to Radio Paradise (http://www.radioparadise.com), an excellent variety stream, or Massinova (http://www.massinova.com), a trance/dance/electronica station (which has a custom menu extra, too!)

While I was home, I listened to WolfFM since it has a 24kbps stream (which works with the 56k modem I was stuck on. smile )

When I get tired of those, I have my 48+hours of MP3s on the hard drive and iPod to listen to as well.

Call me jvarner; it’s shorter and doesn’t require capitalization.

I’m listening currently addicted to Massinova (http://www.massinova.com) and I’m waiting for ‘Back to Cali’ by Mauro Picotto to come on. Currently playing is: Crazy People by 3 Monkeys. As JVarner posted above Massinova is trance based. I also love the menu extra….. and the ability to influence what songs will come up although that influence seems to only make a real difference in the morning (UK time) when everyone in the US is in, or heading to, bed!!

Cheers

I’m currently listening to songs from my newest album, Queensrяche’s Empire.  Not the actual CD, but the MP3’s ripped from it.

Also, I’ve been using a program called iChatStatus that automatically puts your current iTunes song on the status line of iChat.  I got one of my online-only friends to start using it as well.

I don’t listen to online radio that often, but the station I listen to most is Radiostorm: Alternative.  Sometimes Radiostorm: Hard Rock as well.
