Windows 7 Weather Gadget

Hello,
I have a problem with the Windows 7 Weather Gadget not updating, steps I have tried to fix this.
Uninstalling and restoring Windows Gadgets
Using a different account
Changing the area it gives me weather for (this did update for this other area)
Using another weather gadget (was nowhere near as accurate or good as the Windows one)
It seems to be stuck on 11 degrees and sunny 24 hours a day
If anyone has any suggestions i’m listening
