Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac repeating updates
When I open Excel or Word with MS Office for Mac 2011 edition I get a popup that askes me if I want to update to the most current version which is 14.4.1. Ok so i download and install the update and then on restart the same popup appears asking the same question. Any suggestions on how to resolve this frustrating mess? Thanks for your help.
Interesting. I haven’t seen this one before, but it could be resolved with an over-the-top reinstall of the original Office.
Either that or a system *and* user permissions repair — For that I use OnyX
Well it turns out that I had multiple copies of MS Office on multiple drives, I don’t know exactly how they got there but they are gone now and so is the problem.
