Scott Kelby is also the Editor of Photoshop User Magazine.  Talk about an excellent, excellent magazine… Everything about that magazine is great!  Well, except for the price… $9.95 per issue, and I don’t think you can get it except by being a NAPP member.  But a fine magazine nonetheless. 

I subscribe to Macworld right now, only because I got a deal on a year’s subscription.  I remember my first issue that I ever bought, it had the Quadra 630 on the cover…  remember them? 

Well, that issue felt like a Sears catalog!  Chocked full of good stuff to read.  Nowadays, it’s half the size of that issue, and half of the magazine is devoted to ads and online retailers.  I guess out of a 120 page issue, 50 or 60 pages, at least is nothing but ads…  I hate that.

So now I buy the ocassional Mac Design issue, and there is one or two Brit mazazines that are pretty good.

Mac Addict is just an awful magazine, that is unless you have a 5 second attention span.  I like substance and quality when I buy a mag…
