How do you add a picture to a mac folder?

When you get a program it normally comes in a folder, in this folder there is sometimes a picture of the program in the folder. How do you do that?

If you mean the pictures made in a Finder window by setting up a grid of folders with custom icons, here’s a couple of options to help you make them.

Iconizer Pro (shareware)

IconMacher (freeware)
