LE rush Computer Bag
be-ez has introduced a new computer case design called LE rush. I have used one of them for a couple of weeks and can attest that there is much to recommend.

- One main compartment with three slip pockets and zipper closure.
- An exterior pocket with a Velcro-secured flap
- Three slip pockets on the back.

Using The Product
I have used the same computer case for the past couple of years. It is a well designed case. It was an expensive case and has room for everything I need to carry when I am teaching classes. The problem is that it is heavy. I took it to Macworld last year and paid the penalty for carrying it around for five days. The LE rush has provided me with an acceptable alternative.
It is attractive. Sorry, but that is important to me. If it doesn't matter to you, just consider it a bonus. The style that I reviewed is called Lime Park. The outside is a dark green and the inside is a bright lime green.
The shoulder strap is adjustable. I'm 5 foot 3-inches tall, and I really don't want my computer banging against my knees. Nor do I expect my 6 foot 1-inch son to have a computer under his arm pit. The strap provided on the LE rush would work for either of us.
The metal hooks that fasten the shoulder strap to the case are very strong and well made, but at the same time, I was able to fasten them without asking a local linebacker to squeeze them open or shut for me. It was very easy to do and the hooks are very artistic in their design.

The case is well made and sturdy. The quality mentioned in the shoulder strap extends to the case itself. It is padded as necessary. The bottom is reinforced on each corner to protect the computer, the stitching is high quality and the velcro fasteners work as they should. The outside envelope pocket is large and it also contains a zipper pocket inside it to hold small items.
It holds what I need. I have a 15-inch MacBook Pro so have the larger case. I can comfortably fit my computer, power cord, mouse, mouse pad, projector connector, business cards and pens in this case. I can also include a laptop stand as long as I choose the AViiQ portable stand. Since it weighs only 5.5 ounces, it is the logical travel stand to carry.
Where To Find It
These bags are available in Apple stores around the world and some versions can also be found at Amazon.com and at Apple stores.
The Bottom Line
I really like this computer bag. It is sturdy, attractive, and light weight. There is a place for everything, including things that need to be kept in an enclosed environment. I like the fact that the bag is designed for my specific laptop so that the fit is perfect and compact. The price is reasonable and it works for those who prefer shoulder straps and/or sturdy, comfortable handles.
Anyone interested in an even smaller bag can visit the be.ez web site and check out the LA robe line. These bags are similar to messenger pouches and are made for the 13-inch MacBook Pro.
