Eternal Storms Releases PresentYourApps 1.0

by , 12:05 PM EST, February 12th, 2007

Eternal Storms Software released version 1.0 of PresentYourApps on Monday. This tool, using a feature of Mac OS X, allows the user to suppress an application's menu and or the Mac OS X Dock when launched. The principle is that not every app needs to have the Dock or its menu visible when running and is derived from an idea by Rob Griffiths.

Eternal Storms Software is a small group in Austria dedicated to making Mac software that "doesn't just look like Macintosh-software, but feels like it and is just as easy to use" according to Matthias Gansrigler.

PresentYourApps is free, but donations are accepted. It requires Mac OS 10.3.9 or later. Screenshots, a video of how it works and a link to the donation page are at their Website.
