Big Mug Introduces Monitor Magic for the Mac

Big Mug Software announced the immediate availability of Monitor Magic for the Mac on Wednesday. Monitor Magic is a Universal Binary application that monitors multiple video cameras for uniform color balance and brightness.

Monitor Magic supports standard definition consumer DV cameras as well as professional DVCPro and high definition DVCPro HD and HDV cameras. It offers camera shot previews, and includes monitors for Weighted Waveform, Colored Waveform, RGB Parade, Weighted Vectorscope, Colored Vectorscope, Luminance Histogram, and RGB Histogram.

Monitor Magic is available for download at the Big Mug Software Web site, and is priced at US$139.
