by , 9:35 AM EST, February 6th, 2008

Limit Point Software announced the immediate availability of DropDownloadURL 1.0 on Wednesday. DropDownloadURL is an application that batch downloads files, like images, movies and PDFs, from a single URL.

DropDownloadURL automatically sorts the content it downloads by extension and groups similar items into folders. It supports drag and drop, includes an option to process URLs inside Safari and Firefox, and can process URLs from several Web browsers through its Dock icon.

DropDownloadURL is compatible with Safari, Firefox, Camino, and OmniWeb. It is donationware, and is available for download at the Limit Point Software Web site.
