Adobe Adds Mac OS X 64-bit Support to ColdFusion 8

Adobe announced the immediate availability of an updated version of ColdFusion 8 on Friday. The update for the Internet application development platform added 64-bit support for Mac OS X and also added support for Mac OS X 10.5.

ColdFusion can generate PDF documents on the fly, populate and extract data from PDF documents, and provide data to Ajax applications and frameworks. It also includes an Eclipse interactive debugger, a multiserver monitor, and more.

ColdFusion 8 is priced starting at US$1,299. The update is available for download at the Adobe Support Web site.
