Two New PDF Books Help Take Control of GarageBand

Two New PDF Books Help Take Control of GarageBand

by , 11:10 AM EDT, May 23rd, 2008

Take Control Books announced Friday the release of two new PDF books, Take Control of Making Music with GarageBand '08, and Take Control of Recording with GarageBand '08. The two titles break down GarageBand into two aspects: Mixing and recording.

The first title, Making Music, approaches GarageBand from the standpoint of using loops and Magic GarageBand to mix and edit songs. It specifically steps users through making three songs using GarageBand's included loops.

Recording looks at how to use GarageBand to truly record your own music, including how to record, what you need to record, and how to apply effects to your tracks.

Booth PDF books are priced at US$10, and are available for download from the Take Control Books Web site.
