Phone drops mobile network connection after iOS 13

Hi,

wondering if anyone can share a way to fix the following situation:

* iPhone XR updated at most current iOS version (13.2)

* From time to time network connection to Vodafone drops but the signal bars show 2-3 lines of signal. Issue is only apparent when people let me know they tried to call or when I'm trying to use Safari or other services online (Music, imessage waze etc)

* Airplane mode toggle only rarely fixes it

* Network reset fixed it once

* Reset all settings - was the latest fix

* currently works

* issue happens in a city with excellent coverage and in various moments of day or places

* Issue happens for XR but also for a different X

* Issues started after iOS 13 update
