Mac OS login after sleep

Topic starter

Hi folks

so I have a MacBook Pro 2015 with an account for me and one for my daughter. she turns it on, uses her account for various things and then shuts the lid it goes to sleep. I then open it and the only option is that it wants her password but I don’t have an option to login to my account.

Is there a workaround other than either knowing her password and then logging her out, or doing a forced power off with the power button held down.

Hope a geek can help me as I’m all geeked out 🙂

You should have a Switch User at the bottom of your screen

My System Preferences -> Users & Groups -> Login Options are set to
