I mistakenly deleted my Mac on Find iPhone App. Though I don't know for sure the option I took when deleting the Mac but I was give an Apple ID verification code of 6 digts

In general the list of "your devices" will update itself when a device logs into your iCloud account. So you should be able to confirm your iCloud login via System Preferences on the Mac and see the Mac reappear in the list.
