A client of mine wants an app that will be able to create a simple project timeline on calendars to email to her own clients. She has been cobbling one together each time in Keynote, but that feels janky. Anyone know of a simple tool that can achieve this? Example attached.

At work, people that handle all the jobs and clients and scheduling are using Smartsheet and they like it but its way more than what your client wants. There is also Asana that can do that and probably just a google calendar would do it I guess.
