Apple CEO Tim Cook has made no secret of his love for Auburn University, his alma mater. He puts his money and his mouth (literally) towards that love in a new promotional video for Auburn with not one, but two appearances [via 9to5Mac]. The spot features past and present students yelling the War Eagle, the school’s slow-motion battle cry. Tim Cook is doing his remotely, probably from Apple Park. Then we cut to an auburn-haired student holding her (Apple) iPad, where Tim continues his War Eagle cry through the magic of (Apple’s) FaceTime. That’s like a 3-for-1 for Mr. Cook, and a continuation of his efforts to raise his (and Apple’s) public profile. Check it out.
