[6:00 AM] eMailMan Says "You've Got Mail"
by Staff has released a new e-mail notification utility, eMailMan. The new product allows you to monitor your e-mail accounts without needing your primary mail application open. Ideal for users with limited system resources. According to

eMailMan 1.0 makes keeping your mail in check easy and effective. eMailMan will scan your mailboxes on a regular basis, and notify you when new messages are available. It can play sounds, show dialog boxes, activate applications and AppleScripts, and send Apple events to other applications. You can even send short messages to others. All without running your regular e-mail software.

eMailMan is available as shareware for US$12. You can find more information at the web site.
