[1:00 PM] WebObjects Nominated For Award By Java Developer's Journal

The Java Developer's Journal is holding their annual Readers Choice Awards, and Apple's own WebObjects is one of the options for Best Application Server. Interestingly, Apple is hosting voting for this category on their web site. Readers are able to go to the Apple web site, vote for WebOjbects, while not being forced to vote in the other 17 categories. According to the Java Developer's Journal:

Polls to Close Wednesday, May 31. Record 16,000 JDJ Readers Cast Their Votes to Select the Best Java Products of the Year ! "Oscars of the Software Industry" winners will be announced at JavaOne. Award Ceremony scheduled for JavaCon 2000, JDJ's Annual Java Developer Conference.
