Public Access Software has released an update for Sherlock Menu, bringing the utility to version 1.6. The new version includes new features. According to Public Access Software:
Sherlock Menu 1.6 is now available and adds the following features:
- Sherlock can now be located on any mounted (non-networked) Mac volume on your computer. This includes Hard Disks, Zip, Jaz, SyQuest, MO, CD ROM, SuperDisk, Orb and even DVD and Sherlock Menu should be able to find it.
- If Sherlock is renamed, but still includes "Sherlock" somewhere in the filename Sherlock Menu should find it regardless of its location now.
