TechWorks To Show New FireWire/USB Products At MacWorld
The good people at TechWorks (members of Team Mac Observer) are planning on showing new FireWire/USB products at MACWORLD and they are going to give some of them away to boot. According to TechWorks:

Longtime Apple Premier Developer TechWorks is giving a sneak preview of their future FireWire products at MacWorld NY99, Booth 1937 in the Apple Consumer Showcase Area. Prerelease POWER FireWire products will include a Card_bus (ATA) dual expansion card for asyncronous / isochronous devices, a 3.5 inch magneto-optical (MO) drive with up to 640MB of storage at 400Mbps, and a PCI card with three FireWire ports. TechWorks will also be holding a daily drawing at MacWorld for a flavored POWERUSB 4-port hub. Winners will be mailed the flavor of their choice. A review of this hub can be found at "http://www.macinsite.com/current/preview/reviews/powerusb.html."

The Mac Observer: This is great, more FireWire products entering the market. Can't have too many in the quest to make FireWire a new standard in the computer industry.
