Steve Jobs was interviewed on CNN's MoneyLine program yesterday and was repeated throughout the day on both CNN and CNNfn.. The interview followed a detailed report on the announcement of the iBook, the MACWORLD Expo keynote, and Apple.
The interview focused on the iBook, its pricing, which Steve Jobs defended as being below that of anything comparable in the Wintel world, and other aspects of the iBook.
Interestingly, the interviewer also asked Mr. Jobs about the "i" in iCEO. Mr. Jobs smiled and gave his pat response which is that he decided over a year ago that worrying about the term interim was not his problem.
It was an excellent report and a positive interview.
