Mactell Corporation, a leading manufacturer of performance enhancement computer products, today announced its partnership with Pinacor, www.pinacor.com, one of two US distributors of Macintosh products.
Pinacor first approached Mactell because of its rapidly growing Macintosh-related distribution requirements. Pinacor has seen an increase in demand from Apple VARs and resellers for Macintosh products such as Mactell’s storage devices and peripherals. Both companies are certain that their partnership will not only meet the growing demands for Mactell products, but also increase Mactell’s distribution channels significantly by making their products more readily available to Apple resellers nationwide.
"The success of the FirePower FireDrive, the first in the line of our FireWire mass storage devices, has put Mactell in the position of requiring the larger and more efficient distribution channels provided by Pinacor," stated Mactell CEO, Roy Stocker.
Pinacor will be one of the first distributors to stock the complete second release of FirePower FireDrives, which include larger capacity hard drives as well as additional future FireWire storage solutions soon to be released by Mactell.
