Spiderweb Software Releases Lost Souls
Spiderweb software has released Lost Souls, their Mac-only strategy game. The game features turn based play and remarkably low system requirements making this a great game for PowerPC and 68K owners alike.

Erris gazed across the battlefield. Nothing had happened for days, and yet the scent of battle still hung in the frigid air. The soldiers waited in anticipation of the enemy strike. Each had fallen in battle countless times before, and none would ever know peace. Across the great void the battles continued, repeating for all eternity.

Lost Souls is a turn-based strategy game where you are pitted against computer controlled players each commanding a massive army in the afterlife. The objective? Capture enemy territory, slay their troops and wrest control of the battlefield before they destroy you.

Lost Souls is one ingenious, tactical challenge after another, featuring beautiful graphics and sounds and 60 levels to conquer. It is by Richard White, the creator of Ocean Bound, and distributed by Spiderweb Software, Inc., makers of the award-winning Exile series.

Lost Souls requires a 25MHz 68030 Macintosh or higher, 5 MB of free RAM, 2.5 MB of hard disk space and a minimum 13 inch monitor capable of supporting thousands of colours. System 7 is also required.

A demo and screenshots are available at the company's web site. The game is priced at only US$15, and can be ordered directly from Spiderweb Software.
