Logitech has released a USB mouse aimed at the Mac gaming market called WingMan Gaming Mouse. According to Logitech:
The 3-button WingMan Gaming Mouse was designed to meet the needs of competitive gamers and features an extremely fast report rate. The higher the report rate, the more often and accurately the mouse sends its position and button status to the host computer. When used with its integrated USB interface, the mouse reports more than 120 times per second. The result is immediate on-screen response that allows gamers to aim more quickly and precisely and shoot faster.
The WingMan(R) Gaming Mouse has a shape preferred by competitive gamers and fits a wide variety of hand sizes. It can be quickly and easily lifted and repositioned on the desk during play. It features an indentation for the thumb to improve grip and control. A heavy mouseball adds to the precision of the WingMan Gaming Mouse and gives it a more solid, satisfying feeling during game play
The WingMan Gaming Mouse ships with MouseWare, Logitech's software for configuring the mouse and programming the buttons.
