Search Engine Submitter Updated, 30 Search Engines Added
The good people at Voget Selbach have announced an update on their search engine submission application VSE Be Found. The new version, 1.1, fixes a few bugs while the company has also released 3 expansion kits that add new search engines for submission. According to VSE:

VSE Be Found is a combination of a search engine submitter, a keyword finder, an FTP client and a META tag manager.

To obtain a high ranking, VSE Be Found analyzes the web page, automatically finds keywords and adds all necessary META tags. Then, VSE Be Found uploads the web page and submits it to the most popular search engines, including AltaVista, AOL NetFind, Excite, HotBot and Lycos.

The update fixes a bug with Mac OS 8.0 and 8.1, fixes the problem with Microsoft Network WebSearch and improves the diagnosis of web pages. It also fixes some other minor bugs and adds code to support the new expansion kits.

The new expansion kits are:

US-Extended-Kit (10 new search engines from the United States)
UK-Basic-Kit (10 new search engines from the United Kingdom)
DE-Extended-Kit (10 new search engines from Germany)

VSE Be Found is packaged in a standard version for US$19.95 while a professional version is priced at US$49.95. All expansion sets are priced at US$9.95 each. The updater is free to registered owners.
