[8:00 AM] All Together Now: "AllTogetherNow"
by Staff

AuctionMac Software has released another one of those potential "How did I live without it" utilities, AllTogetherNow. Version 1.0 facilitates the process of launching multiple applications at the same time. According to AuctionMac Software:

Many Mac users launch the same applications at the same times... When you start up your Mac, maybe you launch your web browser, e-mail application, and even your To-Do list. Or maybe you run PhotoShop, launch Illustrator, and open web pages for editing at the same time. Why launch all of those separately? Don't know AppleScript? Even if you do, the solution can be much slower, not to mention difficult for direct-to-file access. Want a way to easily create, edit, and manage custom launch packages? AllTogetherNow is for you!

Here's what AllTogetherNow can do:

  • Specify any number of simultaneous launches!
  • Choose any file or application!
  • Save packages anywhere on your system... No extensions or RAM hogs needed!
  • No need for AppleScript... Your launch packages work even with all extensions off!
  • Quickly edit your saved launch packages... Adding, removing, or changing items!
  • Faster and easier than AppleScript! PPC or 68K!
  • Small disk and RAM footprint (no startup RAM required)!

AllTogetherNow is available as shareware for US$8.99. You can find more information at the AuctionMac web site.
